We have made a few changes to our policies and procedure due to the virus outbreak.  We have added an online payment option with ZELLE to “Pay Rent.”  We would prefer that everyone use this to reduce the exposure to our tenants and staff from people coming to our office to pay rent.  We also ask that all rent be paid online so that we can also keep our office staff safe by not exposing them to any cash.  The office will be in operation and staff available by phone, but we are not letting anyone but staff in the building.  We are hopeful to resume normal procedures as soon as possible and hopeful that everyone staying safe and healthy.
